Responsibilities
- Teil eines dynamischen Content-Teams sein und kreative Inhalte für Social Media Kanäle entwickeln (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp und mehr)
- Abwechslungsreichen Content-Mix kreieren und produzieren, einschließlich Short-Videos und Memes
- Teams von Bayer 04 bei Heimspielen, Auswärtsreisen, Media Days und besonderen Highlights begleiten
- Trends und neue Möglichkeiten identifizieren und schnell auf aktuelle (Sport-)Nachrichten reagieren
- Eng mit den Teams Video, Grafik und Foto zusammenarbeiten, um kreative Ideen zu entwickeln und Formate zu optimieren
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medien/ Kommunikation, Sportjournalismus oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, sehr gute Quereinsteiger sind ebenso willkommen
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Inhalten auf Social-Media-Plattformen
- Storytelling Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im sport-journalistischen Bereich oder der Arbeit in einem Fußballverein
- Interesse am Fußball und an Bayer 04 Leverkusen
- Kenntnisse mit MS Office, Adobe Cloud sowie (Post-)Produktion auf dem Handy
- Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
- Bonus: Eine weitere Fremdsprache neben Deutsch und Englisch.
