Responsibilities
You develop, plan and implement social media strategies for our clients on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
You create content plans and are responsible for operational execution — from the idea to the final posting and reporting.
You coordinate shoots, Reels and content productions together with our partners, creators and clients.
You analyze the performance of posts and campaigns and derive optimization opportunities.
You manage social media campaigns (organic & paid) and develop creative communication concepts.
You work closely with our clients (often the business owners themselves) to ensure consistent brand communication.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally on the agency side.
You are highly familiar with common social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Swat, Creator Studio etc.).
You have a good sense for trends, storytelling and aesthetics — whether it’s food content, construction-site Reels or trades/handyman content.
You work in a structured way, are communicative and eager to take on responsibility and engage with a wide variety of topics.
You have good to very good skills in Canva and the Adobe programs.
