Responsibilities

  • Support ADC TEC’s digital communication strategy, strengthening the brand, expanding our reach on social media, and contributing to communication that combines information, clarity, and audience connection.
  • Assist in planning and executing the editorial calendar
  • Write copy, captions, and calls-to-action for social media
  • Support content production for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
  • Propose topics and content formats aligned with the brand’s positioning
  • Assist in creating scripts for videos, reels, and stories
  • Schedule and publish content
  • Monitor interactions and help maintain relationships with the digital community
  • Track basic performance metrics and support the preparation of reports
  • Contribute ideas for institutional and employer branding campaigns

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Social Communication, or related fields
  • Strong writing skills and proficiency in Portuguese
  • Familiarity with social media and digital tools
  • Interest in learning about the accounting and business sector
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Basic knowledge of copywriting and content marketing
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Academic, personal, or freelance experience managing social media
