Responsibilities
Align job openings with clients when necessary
Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
Format CVs in the TOPMIND profile
Validate language proficiency when required
Prepare candidate profile assessments for submission to clients
Act as the point of contact between candidates and hiring managers/clients
Schedule interviews with clients and coordinate interview logistics
Use recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, talent database) to map and attract candidates
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment and selection, with an emphasis on IT candidates and/or strategic positions
University degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
Comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job alignment to candidate approval
Advanced English or Spanish
