About the role

  • Tech Recruiter focused on IT recruitment processes in São Paulo. Engaging with candidates and clients, facilitating interviews and evaluations in a hybrid workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Align job openings with clients when necessary
  • Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
  • Format CVs in the TOPMIND profile
  • Validate language proficiency when required
  • Prepare candidate profile assessments for submission to clients
  • Act as the point of contact between candidates and hiring managers/clients
  • Schedule interviews with clients and coordinate interview logistics
  • Use recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, talent database) to map and attract candidates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection, with an emphasis on IT candidates and/or strategic positions
  • University degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
  • Comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job alignment to candidate approval
  • Advanced English or Spanish
