About the role
- Perform daily reconciliation of fiat and crypto transactions across multiple payment channels and blockchain ledgers.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal records, bank statements, and blockchain transactions.
- Monitor settlement processes to ensure timely and accurate fund transfers.
- Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations teams to streamline reconciliation workflows.
- Generate reports on reconciliation status, outstanding issues, and financial discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements for financial transactions.
- Assist in process automation and system improvements for reconciliation efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in reconciliation and settlement, preferably in fintech, banking, or crypto.
- Strong understanding of fiat and cryptocurrency payment flows, blockchain transactions, and financial ledgers.
- Proficiency in financial reconciliation tools, Excel, and data analysis.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management and independent work skills.
- Passion for the Busha mission and the cryptocurrency sector.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting benchmarks.
