About the role
- Ensure daily reconciliation of all card transactions and provide daily/weekly reconciliation and settlement reports.
- Ensure that the business is not exposed to any material risks emanating from reconciliation variances and chargebacks.
- Reconcile income/fees with partners and ensure value is transferred to the company’s account promptly.
- Develop and maintain business relations with business partners.
- Chargeback processing.
- Contribute to and maintain system standards within all Payment platforms.
- Perform any other task as might be assigned by Assistant Manager, Settlement and Reconciliation, Card and Chargebacks.
Requirements
- Mid-level experience
- Experience in card reconciliation and settlement
- Experience processing chargebacks
- Ability to reconcile income/fees with partners and ensure timely transfers
- Ability to develop and maintain business relations with partners
- Familiarity with payment platforms and maintaining system standards
- Based in Lagos and able to work hybrid from Onafriq Lagos Office
