Responsibilities
Support in daily operations: You will assist our purchasing team with administrative tasks, data maintenance and general office organization
Supplier communication: You will be an important contact for our suppliers, handle correspondence and resolve enquiries regarding orders, delivery dates and invoices
Contract and document management: Careful filing and management of contracts, quotations and other purchasing documents
Support for internal departments: You will support our internal teams with all procurement-related questions and coordinate their requirements
Quote and data analysis: You will assist with obtaining and comparing quotes and preparing data for strategic purchasing
Requirements
A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., office administrator, industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk) is the ideal basis
Initial professional experience, ideally in purchasing or in an assistant role, is desirable
Confident user of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Knowledge of Power BI is a major plus
Business-fluent German (negotiation level)
You work independently, in a structured way and with attention to detail
As an organisational talent you maintain an overview even in stressful situations
Strong communication skills, team spirit and a friendly manner complete your profile
