About the role

  • Support in daily operations: You will assist our purchasing team with administrative tasks, data maintenance and general office organization
  • Supplier communication: You will be an important contact for our suppliers, handle correspondence and resolve enquiries regarding orders, delivery dates and invoices
  • Contract and document management: Careful filing and management of contracts, quotations and other purchasing documents
  • Support for internal departments: You will support our internal teams with all procurement-related questions and coordinate their requirements
  • Quote and data analysis: You will assist with obtaining and comparing quotes and preparing data for strategic purchasing

Requirements

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., office administrator, industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk) is the ideal basis
  • Initial professional experience, ideally in purchasing or in an assistant role, is desirable
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a major plus
  • Business-fluent German (negotiation level)
  • You work independently, in a structured way and with attention to detail
  • As an organisational talent you maintain an overview even in stressful situations
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and a friendly manner complete your profile
