Responsibilities
Map and consolidate purchase requests
Obtain quotes and conduct supplier negotiations
Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire procurement process

Provide support to the finance team by posting expense entries, managing reimbursements, and verifying invoices related to purchases and services
Keep supplier records up to date

Requirements
High school diploma (technical course or college degree in Administration, Purchasing Management, Logistics or related fields preferred)
Previous experience in administrative or purchasing roles
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ERP systems
Strong organizational, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
Prior experience with administrative purchasing routines and facilities support
Experience with obtaining quotes, order control, processing invoices and liaising with suppliers
Knowledge of management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Organized and detail-oriented
Analytical ability to compare proposals and costs
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with spreadsheets and administrative reporting
Basic knowledge of budget control and payment flow
