About the role
- Public Relations Representative supporting the Intelligence Systems Division at Northrop Grumman. Responsible for executing strategic marketing and communication campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Report to the Communications Manager as a Program Communications Lead supporting the Intelligence Systems Division
- Work with a cross-functional team to design and execute strategic, omni-channel marketing, brand awareness and communication campaigns
- Develop and execute audience-specific content, campaigns, and programs, along with related materials for use by multiple external and internal stakeholders
- Plan and oversee advertising and public relations activities, including event planning and execution
- Draft and review communications for effectiveness and consistency
- Write, edit and lead the design of promotional and collateral materials, conference papers, social media posts, speeches, business proposals and case studies
- Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external leadership communications activities
- Provide detailed campaign performance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant Communications capacity – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience in a relevant Communications capacity
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Experience with Associated Press style
- Outstanding writing skills
- Top-notch presentation and speaking skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- US Citizenship is a prerequisite.
