About the role

  • Take full independent responsibility for managing and overseeing your own property portfolio
  • Using innovative digital solutions, independently manage rental properties, communal areas and individual condominium units
  • Coordinate the commissioning and supervision of repair works and service contracts independently to ensure smooth property operations
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and handovers
  • Plan and conduct owners' (homeowners') meetings independently
  • Work closely with the property advisory boards and homeowners to understand and meet their needs
  • Perform document checks and property inspections to ensure and improve the quality of our services
  • Ensure service provider quality through property inspections and documentation checks

Requirements

  • A passion for real estate and property management
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges and to continuously learn
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • A structured, organized approach to work and the ability to take responsibility
  • Experience in the real estate sector, preferably as a certified condominium/HOA (WEG) manager
