Project Manager TGA specializing in HLSK leading various major building projects. Focused on public buildings, schools, residential, and commercial structures.
Responsibilities
In this position you will act as a Project Manager for technical building services (TGA) with a focus on HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) within our STF Energy business unit and lead various large-scale building services projects.
The projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
You will take responsibility for overall project coordination, manage the implementation of client requirements, and direct the project team.
You will be the main contact for all project-related inquiries and will conduct meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
You will ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, handle project controlling, and keep all quality assurance measures firmly in view.
Requirements
You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on TGA.
Ideally, you have gained experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning), or you have been specialized in one of them.
In addition, you bring a solid foundation in the following: a degree in engineering — preferably with a focus on building services engineering, energy supply engineering, or a comparable field — OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management / project leadership / project coordination.
You demonstrate respectful interaction and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to using new tools.
To ensure optimal communication among all parties involved, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
