About the role
- Project Manager TGA specializing in HLSK leading various major building projects. Focused on public buildings, schools, residential, and commercial structures.
Responsibilities
- In this position you will act as a Project Manager for technical building services (TGA) with a focus on HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning) within our STF Energy business unit and lead various large-scale building services projects.
- The projects include public buildings such as Deutsche Bahn stations, schools/daycare centers, residential buildings, office buildings, as well as supermarkets and hotels.
- You will take responsibility for overall project coordination, manage the implementation of client requirements, and direct the project team.
- You will be the main contact for all project-related inquiries and will conduct meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
- You will ensure compliance with budgets and schedules, handle project controlling, and keep all quality assurance measures firmly in view.
Requirements
- You should already have professional experience in a similar role with a focus on TGA.
- Ideally, you have gained experience across the different trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning), or you have been specialized in one of them.
- In addition, you bring a solid foundation in the following: a degree in engineering — preferably with a focus on building services engineering, energy supply engineering, or a comparable field — OR you are a state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades: heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK).
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in project management / project leadership / project coordination.
- You demonstrate respectful interaction and strong communication skills, both within the team and with clients and other project stakeholders.
- You are proficient with common MS Office applications and open to using new tools.
- To ensure optimal communication among all parties involved, you need very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
