Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate and control projects from order intake to final acceptance with respect to cost, schedule and resources
Perform project risk assessments and initiate corrective actions
Responsible for monthly project revenue recognition and project results
Ensure contractual and specification-compliant implementation of project requirements
Act as the central point of contact for customers and internally for multi-project considerations and necessary escalations
Conduct, facilitate and document project meetings
Prepare management reporting and derive and implement defined measures
Responsible for change and claim management throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Project management training (IPMA certification desirable)
Extensive professional experience in project management and project execution in special-purpose/custom machinery engineering
Interest in automated manufacturing technologies and processes
Confident user of MS Office, ERP systems and relevant planning tools
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strategic and analytical mindset, independent working style, strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented and a confident presence
