About the role
- End-to-end project management: planning, execution and control of IT projects — with a clear focus on schedule, budget and quality.
- Communication interface: gathering requirements, coordinating with clients and clearly conveying them to the project team.
- Controlling & reporting: monitoring scope and budget and providing regular status reports to clients.
- Risk & resource management: identifying project risks, developing mitigation measures and defining resource allocation together with management.
- Business development: planning follow-up projects for existing clients in collaboration with the sales team.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a project manager in software projects
- Experience in planning, steering and monitoring projects
- Technical understanding of software projects
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Structured, proactive working style and ability to assertively drive decisions
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with project planning tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in German
