About the role
- Build and run processes to scale how products are designed, priced, launched and improved
- Orchestrate cross-functional discussions between Product, GTM, Business, Solutions and Finance
- Maintain the product catalog (SKUs) and ensure consistent documentation
- Review roadmaps and support Product leadership with structured cadences and templates
- Operationalize product rituals: standardize PRDs, launch notes and changelogs
- Improve product-related processes and meeting efficiency
- Enable product launches: create playbooks, kickoff decks, FAQs and internal training
- Optimize the feedback loop: collect and synthesize customer and field inputs for Product Managers
- Standardize information flows so GTM, Business and Solutions know where to find product updates
Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Operations or Product Management roles in tech companies
- Project management excellence: manage multiple cross-functional workstreams and set clear goals
- Problem-solving mindset: focus teams on key decisions and map trade-offs
- Familiarity with product workflows: PRDs, roadmaps, launches
- Strong communication and influence: facilitate meetings and synthesize complex topics
- Ideally comfortable with SaaS pricing concepts (seat-based, usage-based, upsell paths) and downstream impacts on Finance/Billing/GTM
