Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for digital platform implementations, from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support
Act as liaison between cross-functional stakeholders, global IT teams, business units, and external partners to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and local needs
Collaborate with global and regional teams to localize global platforms ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and business practices
Manage stakeholder expectations via regular updates, steering committees, and risk mitigation plans
Coordinate with internal departments (Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Sales) to gather requirements and ensure seamless platform integration
Oversee vendor relationships, contract deliverables, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations using Workday and other project management tools
Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying best practices to future initiatives
Lead key projects including implementation of global HRIS tailored to local compliance, rollout of digital procurement and supply chain tools, and integration of local CRM with global customer experience platforms
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Marketing or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in the field
Advanced English; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills
Deep understanding of digital transformation, ERP systems, and platform integration
Familiarity with Workday, SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms
Experience coordinating with Manufacturing, Finance, HR, Sales and global IT teams
Vendor management, contract deliverables, and SLA oversight experience
Ability to monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations using Workday and other PM tools
