About the role

  • Project Manager coordinating operations at Trillium Health Partners' Learning Health System Leadership Centre. Focused on stakeholder collaboration and operational efficiency in health care innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal THP business partners, Platform leads, trainees, researchers, mentors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate the development and delivery of learning materials by liaising with content experts and ensuring alignment with Centre goals.
  • Organize and manage Leadership Centre activities, including workshops, webinars, networking events, and an annual cohort retreat, fostering engagement and collaboration among fellows, alumni, and mentors.
  • Curate and adapt learning materials related to learning health systems, integrating evidence syntheses and user feedback to enhance relevance and accessibility.
  • Implement evaluation frameworks to assess learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement, supporting learners where gaps emerge.
  • Manage project lifecycles from initiation through completion, including budget tracking, documentation, risk management, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Support the Centre’s administrative function, including coordinating and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas and detailed notes, and maintain organized project documentation and folders.
  • Support operations and systems building, proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, integrate tools, and enhance operational efficiency across projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of related experience or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, business, communications, health education, social sciences) with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and coordination of complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively in dynamic environments, with a strong orientation toward supporting operational processes.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience engaging cross-disciplinary networks and internal business partners.
