About the role

  • Lead and manage the delivery of internal and client projects.
  • Meet deadlines and budgets while achieving the company’s business objectives.

Requirements

  • Expertise in project planning, scope, objectives, schedule, deliverables, and risk management.
  • Proven experience managing ERP migration projects (Infor for this project, but SAP, Oracle or Dynamics 365 could also be applicable).
  • Deep understanding of ERP systems and data migration processes (data cleansing, mapping, validation).
  • Knowledge of business processes supported by the ERP (e.g., manufacturing, finance, supply chain, shipping).
  • Ability to manage integration challenges with other systems (e.g., Oracle, PLM, Windchill, Smarteam, Catia — an asset).
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills to guide internal teams (team of 5–10 BAs and developers plus various stakeholders).
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Bilingual in English and French is required.
  • Must reside near the head office in Sainte-Claire or within the Greater Quebec City area.
