- Lead project management and business analysis activities focused on Workday
- Coordinate releases, agile prioritization meetings (stand-ups), resource planning, and deliveries
- Document functional requirements, perform data analysis, and act as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on Workday configurations
Requirements
- Strong experience in project management and business analysis
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
- Knowledge of Workday (configuration and functional support)
- Ability to plan and coordinate multiple releases in an organized and collaborative manner
- Excellent communication and influencing skills in cross-functional and multicultural environments
- Advanced English, with the ability to lead meetings and produce documentation at an international level.
