The Enterprise Project Manager at Claranet is responsible for leading and ensuring the success of highly technically complex projects involving Private Cloud infrastructure, Public Cloud (AWS, Oracle, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud), Cybersecurity, Data, and integration of critical platforms.
Acts as the primary reference point for the management of large strategic projects, ensuring execution within agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards, and alignment with customers' business needs and Claranet’s strategic priorities.
Responsibilities include detailed planning, risk and change management, stakeholder management (internal and external), coordination of multidisciplinary teams, corporate project governance, and the adoption of agile or hybrid methodologies as required for each delivery.
Serves as a facilitator between technical teams, architecture and clients, ensuring clarity of communication, impact mitigation and delivery of added value.
Promotes standardization of project management practices, supports the formation of PMOs and contributes to training and mentoring to strengthen management maturity within the organization.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or related fields. Postgraduate studies or specializations in related areas are desirable.
Certifications: Advanced project management certifications such as PMI, Scrum or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
Training: Experience with advanced project management courses, agile methodologies and risk mitigation.
Language level: Advanced English.
Specific skills: Leadership in project management, development of risk mitigation strategies, and support to senior management.
