Responsibilities

Managing the ticketing system and transparent tracking of all customer inquiries
Requirements
Solid technical background in construction (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, building technology)
Experience in site management, project management or after-sales management
Knowledge of construction execution, construction law and warranty management
Ability to communicate technical topics clearly
Willingness to travel within northern and central Germany
Valid driver's license (Class B)
