About the role

  • Project manager for After Sales ensuring quality and customer satisfaction in construction projects. Leading technical supervision and addressing project issues post-handover.

Responsibilities

  • Technical support for ongoing projects and warranty cases
  • Analysis of construction-related issues and management of defect remediation processes
  • Coordination of the implementation of measures until successful resolution
  • Conducting on-site inspections as needed
  • Close collaboration with internal departments, partners and contractors
  • Managing the ticketing system and transparent tracking of all customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Solid technical background in construction (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, building technology)
  • Experience in site management, project management or after-sales management
  • Knowledge of construction execution, construction law and warranty management
  • Ability to communicate technical topics clearly
  • Willingness to travel within northern and central Germany
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
