About the role

  • You ensure smooth operations in project management — from maintaining and further developing our project standards to producing professional project documentation
  • You support the preparation, coordination, and follow-up of proposals and keep track of budgets, invoicing, and timesheets
  • Together with the project managers you monitor project-related risks and ensure that commercial and organizational processes run smoothly
  • You are the first point of contact for new client requests for body leasing and coordinate the staffing of roles in agile teams
  • You map requested roles to our rate cards, prepare offers, and support colleagues during their assignments
  • You support capacity management with central freelancer administration, reporting, and tooling

Requirements

  • A completed degree or comparable commercial/business training, plus initial experience in project management, PMO, or capacity management
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) spoken and written, and good English; Spanish is an advantage
  • A structured, precise working style, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with project management tools
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in an international environment
