Project Engineer II on the Engine Controls team supporting aerospace in-service products. Focus on Engine Control Systems and collaboration with a hybrid work approach.
Responsibilities
You’ll be a key contributor throughout the entire in-service product lifecycle, including: Production support
Value engineering
Internal review boards
Supplier readiness and technical support
You’ll work within a small, focused team aligned to a specific value stream, which may include: Factory support (revenue enablement, yield improvement)
Customer engineering investigations (e.g., Notice of Escape evaluations, performance analysis)
Supplier enablement (transitions, obsolescence, alternative materials)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
2+ years of applied engineering experience.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
