Successful management of multiple concurrent StarRez projects and related activities
Prepare and conduct professional training and consulting sessions (Onsite and Remote)
Provide customers with subject matter and business process consultations
Work with customers and StarRez teams to design integration of StarRez software with other systems
Apply expertise and project management skills to guide the project team
Provide subject matter expertise and direction to the Sales/Community Relations team
Accurately capture and document customer requirements and specifications
Act as central stakeholder management between StarRez and the client
Respond to internal and external requests in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with all internal teams to ensure work is done within the scope and on schedule
Create and maintain project schedules and project documentation
Ensure that internal processes and systems are accurately kept up to date
Regularly report to the team manager or project manager and escalate issues as required
Represent the company at industry events, with occasional travel required (up to 30%).

Ability to provide resolution and/or escalation of customer concerns in a timely fashion
Ability to understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully both internally and externally
Interest in effective technological solutions and a desire/ability to learn about a variety of technological concepts
Ability to think logically and analytically to provide solutions to a variety of challenges
Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency, applying them appropriately to project and customer needs
Demonstrates curiosity and openness to exploring AI-driven solutions that improve effectiveness and outcomes
4+ years of practical work experience in application support or technology-related project roles (Preferred)
1+ years of experience training individuals and groups on software applications (Preferred)
High level of proficiency in a variety of modern software solutions (Preferred)
Good knowledge of Internet applications, technologies, networks, and security (Preferred)
Sufficient technical aptitude to contribute and provide technology insight (Preferred)
Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity or collaboration tools is desirable (Preferred).
