About the role

  • Consultant supporting member companies with occupational pension plans. Responsibilities include advising, on-site support, and collaboration with internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting member companies and prospective clients in the field of occupational pensions (bAV) and the implementation vehicles: Pensionskasse, reinsured Unterstützungskasse, Pensionfonds and direct commitment (Direktzusage)
  • Point of contact for member companies and prospects on long‑term working time accounts
  • On‑site support for employee representatives and HR managers, and delivery of informational events on occupational pension schemes
  • Support for trade union and association activities
  • Acting as interface between member companies and internal departments through intensive contact (telephone, digital, and in‑person on site)
  • Independently organising appointments and communications with external contacts
  • Preparing presentations, training materials and informational content
  • Participating in cross‑team projects

Requirements

  • Completed (technical) university degree in Business Administration or Law
  • Initial professional experience in consulting and several years of professional experience in occupational pensions (bAV)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong communication skills, confident presentation abilities and pronounced customer orientation
  • High attention to detail and a strong drive to shape and improve processes
  • High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Enjoyment of team and project work
