About the role

  • Provide project administration support, including meeting prep, filing, travel bookings, and expenses
  • Create and distribute project documentation, plans, and training materials
  • Monitor LEMS, costs, and timesheets daily; support reporting and financial tracking
  • Assist with estimates, funding requests, change orders, scheduling, forecasting, and closeout
  • Manage invoicing processes, purchase orders, and field paperwork approvals
  • Support client communications and prepare reports to aid decision-making

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or 3+ years of project coordination experience
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to spot and address issues early
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently
  • Strong communicator with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
