Responsibilities
Provide project administration support, including meeting prep, filing, travel bookings, and expenses
Create and distribute project documentation, plans, and training materials
Monitor LEMS, costs, and timesheets daily; support reporting and financial tracking
Assist with estimates, funding requests, change orders, scheduling, forecasting, and closeout
Manage invoicing processes, purchase orders, and field paperwork approvals
Support client communications and prepare reports to aid decision-making
Requirements
Post-secondary education or 3+ years of project coordination experience
Strong organizational, multitasking, and reporting skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to spot and address issues early
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently
Strong communicator with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
