About the role

  • Support Senior Producers and production teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and on brief.
  • Coordinate logistics to liaise with clients and suppliers.
  • Assist in client communication and relationship management.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Be on-site during activations and events as needed.

Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years’ events agency experience or work in a similar field
  • passion for helping teams deliver creative, high-impact projects
  • exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • clear communication with both internal teams and clients
  • ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
