About the role

  • Project Coordinator supporting logistics and administrative tasks for European Operations team. Managing client engagements and ensuring smooth delivery of programs with high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide logistical and administrative support to Client Delivery Teams
  • Manage and maintain program data across various platforms
  • Schedule workshops and coaching sessions
  • Generate system reports for program activities
  • Ensure all client SLAs are met

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and German (C1/C2 level)
  • Experience managing client accounts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly proactive and organized
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams)
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
