Responsibilities
Acquisition and execution of projects in the fields of thermal, refrigeration, acoustic and fire protection, as well as related trades
Overall responsibility for project management and leadership of site teams
Technical consulting for our clients in the process industry and building services
Sourcing and obtaining tender documents
Cost estimation and preparation of proposals
Preparation of specifications (bills of quantities) and planning documents
Ensuring compliance with all technical, scheduling and economic objectives
Negotiation, awarding and coordination of materials and subcontractor services
Project monitoring and tracking
Preparation of site measurements and project documentation
Requirements
Degree in engineering or vocational training as a technician
Competence/experience in project management of construction-related projects, including project controlling, is desirable; however, the position is also suitable for career changers or recent graduates
Experience in technical sales and commercial knowledge are an advantage
Strong cost awareness, sales affinity and negotiation skills
Confident presence as well as strong communication and negotiation skills in customer interactions
Independent, reliable working style and strong problem-solving ability
Outgoing, open personality with a pronounced team spirit
