About the role

  • Project Coordinator in Portsmouth supporting client program logistics and stakeholder collaborations. Involves scheduling workshops and managing program data using tools like Zoom and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general logistical & administrative support to Client Delivery Teams [globally]
  • Manage and maintain program data across various platforms
  • Schedule face- to- face and virtual workshops
  • Resource facilitators and coaches
  • Upload and launch new programmes
  • Generate system reports for program activities

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and French (C1/C2 level in both languages)
  • Experience managing client accounts and multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised, analytical, and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom or Microsoft Teams)
