About the role

  • Oversee delivery and ongoing management of AsurePay Card Program, ensuring successful client implementations, operational excellence, and compliance
  • Coordinate end-to-end program execution from client onboarding to steady-state operations with internal teams (implementation, operations, compliance, IT) and external partners
  • Serve as operational point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and resolving escalations
  • Lead partner, employer and employee activation processes including timelines, deliverables, training, and documentation
  • Ensure program features are set up accurately and integrated with client systems as required
  • Provide ongoing operational support and maintain service levels
  • Work with issuing banks, processors, and technology partners to manage day-to-day program execution and track vendor performance against SLAs
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to wage payment laws, banking regulations, and data privacy/security standards
  • Monitor risks, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements
  • Track and report on key program metrics (adoption, issue resolution time, client satisfaction) and maintain detailed program documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project execution
  • Background in payroll, payments, or financial services preferred
  • B2B2C experience preferred
  • Proven track record in managing client-facing program delivery
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency with GAI and AI tools to improve project tracking, management and projections
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with pay card programs, payroll processes, or financial product implementation preferred
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship)
