About the role
- Lead end-to-end program management for technology initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and post-implementation review.
- Collaborate with Technology, PMO, Line of Business and Risk stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues across projects and teams.
- Communicate program status, milestones, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- university / college degree
- specific certifications are often required
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
