About the role
- Define and manage program scope in partnership with Customer Solutions leadership, including creation of detailed Work Breakdown Structures
- Develop and maintain program schedules using Gantt charts, analyzing critical paths and intersecting milestones to ensure timely delivery
- Design and execute testing plans by identifying business requirements and validating new tools or technical solutions
- Lead change management efforts by analyzing team-level impacts, developing risk response plans, and addressing resistance
- Estimate and allocate cross-functional resources, define roles and deliverables, and provide performance feedback to functional managers
- Create and implement stakeholder engagement plans based on expectations and requirements analysis
- Develop and execute communication strategies for program teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure alignment and transparency
- Incorporate end-user feedback throughout the project lifecycle to refine scope and communicate updates and decisions effectively
- Influence without direct authority and guide senior leaders and cross-functional teams toward aligned decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in program or project management
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree or MBA (preferred)
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification (preferred)
- Experience with Power BI (preferred)
- Training or certification in Change Management (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience testing and launching business processes, including validated workflows, successful implementations, and measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority, including experience guiding senior leaders and cross-functional teams toward aligned decisions
