About the role

  • Own the transformation delivery, focusing on aligning core end-to-end processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) associated with ERP
  • Define and secure commitment for the process harmonization across the organization
  • Manage the Program Roadmap, governance, critical path, and program-level risk register
  • Lead all phases (planning, realization, deployment) to ensure a stable transition into operations
  • Establish robust Program Governance and ensure compliance with internal controls and best practices
  • Manage the System Integrator (SI) partner contract, scope, and performance
  • Oversee all key streams: S/4HANA Cloud design, data strategy, integration, testing, and cutover
  • Manage budget, timeline, and resource allocation effectively, reporting transparently to the Sponsor
  • Act as a proactive, empathetic leader, securing consensus across historically decentralized business units

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 8+ years experience in ERP Transformation Program Management (Finance, Supply Chain focus)
  • Mandatory direct experience leading at least one full-cycle SAP implementation (preferably S/4HANA Cloud), familiar with SAP Activate
  • Proven success leading large-scale organizational and business process transformations
  • Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders across diverse, decentralized global units
  • Exceptional executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven leader focused on maturing organizational project management capabilities
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are very welcome
  • Relevant Program/Project Management certifications (e.g., PgMP, PMP) are a strong advantage
