- Oversee and manage federal government contracts, ensuring successful execution of technical and administrative tasks for the Department of the Navy.
- Lead program execution, ensuring compliance with contract terms, schedules, and deliverables.
- Manage financial, administrative, and operational aspects of government contract performance.
- Serve as a liaison between customer representatives and corporate leadership.
- Organize and allocate resources to support multiple ongoing projects.
- Ensure contract requirements and objectives align with client expectations.
- Maintain oversight of subcontractor performance and government compliance requirements.
- Provide status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program management experience, with at least 5 years managing federal government contracts.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required).
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience managing technical and administrative aspects of federal programs.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR), contract compliance, and reporting.
