About the role
- Program Management Specialist managing program activities across lunar exploration missions. Collaborating with executive leadership to support decision-making and business growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor progress of technical development items and prepare related reports
- Facilitate communication and issue resolution with engineering teams
- Support project execution management including scheduling, risk tracking, and budgeting
- Manage program-level Profit & Loss (P&L), including budget planning, cost control, and financial analysis
- Coordinate with domestic and international stakeholders, including contract and negotiation support (e.g., oversea space agency, overseas partners, Japanese research institutions)
- Support sales activities such as proposal creation, client engagement, technical presentations, and quotation assistance
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide strategic input, decision-making support, and feedback on business planning
- Organize internal and external meetings and prepare minutes
- Assist in the creation of presentation materials and reports (in both Japanese and English)
Requirements
