About the role

  • Manage a complex portfolio of software implementation projects and initiatives for Intapp’s top tier clients.
  • Serve as an advisor & corporate ambassador to the client executive sponsor regarding all Intapp services and support initiatives.
  • Manage interdependencies across all initiatives/projects while ensuring that value is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Hold the primary responsibility for program success and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare, plan, and lead Steering Committee meetings with client C-suite members.
  • Provide leadership and strategic oversight to project managers and other internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure that Intapp solutions and initiatives remain aligned with customer strategic goals throughout the project/software lifecycle.
  • Hold regular meetings with client stakeholders.
  • Assist project managers during critical project phases to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are managed.
  • Work with Intapp architects/solution engineers to maximize value and performance.
  • Become a trusted advisor of the client Intapp sponsor and senior/executive client stakeholders.
  • Manage escalations swiftly with senior client leaders.
  • Coordinate quarterly roadmap reviews with senior client stakeholders.
  • Manage large subcontractors who may be supporting the Intapp team across various initiatives.
  • Negotiate with senior-level management (internal and external).
  • Identify and match the skills of the project team members with projects and initiatives.
  • Leverage and incorporate innovative methodologies to accelerate delivery and time to value to customer.
  • Identify new opportunities to add value to the client.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of successfully leading the growth for a global, signature client in a geo-dispersed, matrixed organization.
  • A proven track record of at least 10 years of experience successfully delivering solutions for a diverse portfolio of large complex software products & implementations.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience working in a technology-oriented company.
  • Legal, Risk, Accountancy or Strategic Consulting experience a plus.
  • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; this position involves a significant amount of direct customer interaction.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, must be detail-oriented.
  • Results oriented, resourceful, comfortable working under tight deadlines with a demanding set of internal and external customers in a start-up environment.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
