About the role

  • Assist with process improvement and incident investigation activities in connection with the Gas Business Unit.
  • Work with project team members, subject matter experts, and other Eversource departments to develop and implement plans associated with Process Improvement Programs.
  • Support both Connecticut and Massachusetts as needed.
  • Create short videos for communications and process improvements.
  • Participate in committees or meetings focused on compliance, both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Process Safety, Engineering, Business Management or Administration, Accounting/Finance, related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years utility or related industry experience
  • Process Improvement Project Management and/or Compliance and Risk Management experience preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of Federal and state (CT and MA) compliance requirements.
