Program Administrator with Eversource supporting Process Improvement in Gas Business operations in CT and MA. Collaborating with teams to implement plans and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
Assist with process improvement and incident investigation activities in connection with the Gas Business Unit.
Work with project team members, subject matter experts, and other Eversource departments to develop and implement plans associated with Process Improvement Programs.
Support both Connecticut and Massachusetts as needed.
Create short videos for communications and process improvements.
Participate in committees or meetings focused on compliance, both internally and externally.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Process Safety, Engineering, Business Management or Administration, Accounting/Finance, related discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years utility or related industry experience
Process Improvement Project Management and/or Compliance and Risk Management experience preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of Federal and state (CT and MA) compliance requirements.
