About the role
- Managing production and organization of concerts for Deutsche Radio Philharmonie with responsibilities in planning and budget oversight. Working in a dynamic environment with cultural influence.
Responsibilities
- Selbständige organisatorische Vorbereitung und Durchführung aller Konzert- und Produktionsprojekte der DRP
- Erstellung des langfristigen Orchesterplaneinsatzes und der wöchentlichen Produktionpläne
- Vorbereitung sämtlicher Verträge mit Gastdirigenten, Solisten und Veranstaltern
- Wirtschaftsplanung sowie Etatüberwachung über SAP und Kalkulation bei allen aufgeführten Tätigkeiten
- Wöchentliche Abrechnung von Honoraren und Reisekosten für Partitur- und Tarifaushilfen
- Disposition und Organisation der Proben- und Konzertorte sowie der Instrumententransporte
- Überprüfung, Kontrolle und Weiterleitung eingehender Rechnungen
- Wöchentliche Leistungsmeldungen an den Fachbereich Betriebswirtschaft
- Erstellung des Jahresbudgets
- Verwaltung und Disposition der Musikstudios sowie Disposition von Tonmeister/innen und Toningenieur/innen
- Disposition der Tasteninstrumente und des/r Klavierstimmer/in
- Verwaltung des Musikinstrumenten-Inventars
- Systemverwalter/in des Orchesterplanungs- und Verwaltungssystems (OPAS)
Requirements
- Liebe zur klassischen Musik in all ihren Ausprägungen
- Freude an der Kommunikation mit internalen Künstler/innen und Musiker/innen
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem professionellen Orchester, Opernhaus oder einer vergleichbaren Institution im Bereich Planung, Produktion und Finanzwesen
- Sie sind strukturiert, verlässlich, planungssicher und verlieren nicht den Überblick
- Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Englisch
- Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen sowie mit OPAS und SAP
- Führerschein Klasse B
