About the role
- Ensure safe and efficient WTG operations by improving preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
- Develop and maintain standardized technical solutions in collaboration with our customers to meet SQDC targets effectively.
- Support the GE Vernova Lean program, by identifying opportunities for process optimization, facilitating waste reduction initiatives, and fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence.
- Facilitate customer queries to GE Engineering teams.
- Prepare Maintenance Instructions and Troubleshoot Guides for operational deployment.
- Support the feedback process for alarm handling to improve corrective maintenance documentation and procedures.
- Ensure effective execution of deployable work scopes by promoting the implementation of a safe system of work.
Requirements
- Degree in an engineering discipline or professional education / apprenticeship in a technical discipline with extensive professional experience.
- Significant experience of offshore wind Maintenance operations.
- Ability and willingness to work offshore as required.
- Known ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment, with remote teams as a solid team player who can enable change and get work over the line.
