About the role
- Application Production Support Engineer ensuring stability and performance of production applications, acting as a bridge between ITOps, infrastructure, and users.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for production applications

Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in application support or an IT production environment
- Mandatory technical knowledge: IT operations and scheduling tools: CA Automation Scheduler, Axway Transfer CFT, ServiceNow
- Good understanding of infrastructure and middleware components: Linux OS, Shell scripting, Ansible, MQ Series, NGINX, API management, Dynatrace
- Troubleshooting skills in Java/Spring Boot environments
- Experience in user support and production troubleshooting
- Understanding of the business processes supported by the application
- Knowledge of IT principles and cybersecurity
