About the role
- Engineer responsible for operation and setup of client platforms in a hybrid work environment at Klee Group, focusing on system exploitation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Operation of platforms:
- Maintain operational readiness
- Monitoring
- Corrective and enhancement maintenance
- Performance monitoring
- Conduct audits and optimize client platforms
- Operation of critical applications
- Preparation of deliverables (Technical Architecture Document (DAT), Operations Document (DEX), Disaster Recovery Plan / Business Continuity Plan (PRA/PCA))
- Deployment of new environments:
- Installation
- Validation and acceptance testing
- Disaster recovery planning
- Documentation (DAT, DEX, PRA)
- Implementation of new components or services
- Act as technical expert for the technologies under responsibility
Requirements
- Hold a Bac+4 level degree (equivalent to a 4-year higher education degree)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, proactive and autonomous
- Rigorous in implementing solutions
- Knowledge of: Container / application servers (Apache/PHP, PHP-FPM, Apache Tomcat, WildFly, Oracle WebLogic, .NET)
- Databases (Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB/MySQL)
- Monitoring (Centreon)
- Configuration automation (Ansible)
