About the role
- Create and maintain project plans; track tasks, milestones, risks, and issues throughout release planning
- Identify creative and robust solutions to address project roadblocks, risks and issues
- Coordinate stakeholder calls and serve as main point of contact for release queries
- Manage and own all projects for assigned customer/release and be a subject matter expert
- Ensure effective management of project timelines, define and control program scope, monitor and manage program finances, and uphold quality standards
- Work closely with R&D, Product, Operations (Customer Deployment), DevOps and Quality teams to manage expectations and provide regular updates
- Coordinate onboarding reporting and present project updates for customers and internal management
- Coordinate system performance analysis with technical and data teams to ensure successful integration
- Create and coordinate Jira tickets and maintain project updates in Jira and Confluence
- Escalate issues impacting project delivery to management with recommendations for resolution and mitigation
- Drive completion of tasks from initiation to completion and have full ownership of projects/releases; travel as required
Requirements
- 8-11 years of work experience in a relevant role and global SaaS company
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science preferred
- Passionate advocate for customer satisfaction and customer experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with Microsoft and Atlassian packages (Jira, Confluence)
- Proactive self-starter, able to engage in multiple initiatives concurrently
- Personable with strong relationship-building skills
- Excellent English proficiency, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Beginning coaching experience for less experienced team members
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and project activities
- Relevant experience working with AI projects is beneficial
- Experience collaborating with teams across different timezones is useful
