- Actively lead the Scrum process together with our Scrum Masters and ensure smooth execution.
- Take ownership of the development and implementation of customer requirements.
- Be passionate about the responsibilities of a Product Owner as defined in the Scrum Guide, and execute them with enthusiasm.
- Represent HDNET at customer events, roadshows, and trade fairs, building trust and strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner in software projects.
- Strong experience working with teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate and prioritize requirements clearly and precisely.
- Solid knowledge of requirements management and a strong technical understanding of software projects.
- Experience working in agile environments, applying principles from the Scrum Guide.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make well-founded decisions.
- Enjoy working with people and have a keen sense for customer needs.
