About the role
- Product Owner responsible for the product development of mobility apps at JAKALA Germany. Collaborating in Scrum teams and ensuring user-centric applications.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for guiding product development from vision through to go-live
- Create and prioritize the product backlog together with other Product Owners
- Direct communication with mobility partners
- Ownership for successful deep integration and smooth operation
- Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Implementation in native technologies (iOS, Android) and partly in cross-platform technologies (KMP)
- Ensure quality, usability and technical feasibility
- Analyze user feedback and KPIs and identify optimization opportunities
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role within agile product development
- Knowledge of mobile applications—ideally iOS, Android or cross-platform (e.g., KMP)
- Structured working style and strong sense for user needs
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Preferably experience in interdisciplinary teams with an understanding of the interfaces between UX, design, QA and development
- Interest in mobility topics and digital solutions with social relevance
- Fluent German (written and spoken) and confident communication skills in English
