- Turn fraud patterns, typologies, and compliance requirements into clear product specifications.
- Continuously improve our detection capabilities based on real-world incident feedback and evolving threats.
Requirements
- Proven product experience in fintech, payments, or fraud / financial crime prevention.
- Strong track record delivering data-driven products with engineering and analytics teams.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting model performance metrics.
- Ability to balance risk prevention with great customer experience.
- Comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced startup.
- Experience in Latin American markets.
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills.
- Experience scaling a FinCrime product from 0 to hundreds of millions of transactions.
