About the role
- Responsible for managing IT projects in Bern as an IT project leader or product owner. Engage with clients and provide optimal consultation throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- You take project responsibility for IT initiatives in the role of IT Project Manager and/or Product Owner
- You provide your clients with optimal guidance throughout the entire process
- You lead workshops, gather requirements, and develop use cases
- You review existing processes and recommend improvements
- You anticipate clients’ needs in advance
- You contribute your expertise and sales skills during the proposal stage and client presentations
- You actively participate in business development
- You enjoy supporting users with practical advice and assistance
Requirements
- Completed education/training in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration (HF, FH, University)
- Proven professional experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Product Owner
- Broad knowledge and strong affinity for IT — not just from hearsay
- Certifications related to project work (e.g., IPMA, Scrum, HERMES, Kanban, PRINCE2) complement your profile
- Very good German language skills (Level C1) are a must
- French and English skills are an advantage
