Requirements
4-6 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles (managing a SaaS product is highly preferred).
Experience writing user stories and collaborating with technical teams.
Comfort with data-driven decision making and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Familiarity with agile practices and product development lifecycles.
Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries is a plus (experience with compliance frameworks such as FDA, HIPAA, or 21 CFR Part 11 a bonus, but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively and influence without authority.
