About the role

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new packaging solutions, aligning with market trends and business objectives.
  • Manage and track all ongoing NPD projects, ensuring consistent follow up and meeting yearly development goals.
  • Lead the end-to-end NPD process from ideation and concept development through to commercialization.
  • Collaborate with production, operations, quality and sales teams to ensure a smooth and timely product launch.
  • Conduct regular cost analysis and margin comparisons across the product portfolio, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and price optimization.
  • Oversee the creation and management of product information, ensuring all technical specifications, and data are accurate and up-to-date across all internal systems.
  • Lead the systematic marketing and promotion of newly launched products, including organizing and leading meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Have responsibility for Master Data Management (MDM) related to the product portfolio, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all product data across various systems (e.g., ERP, PIM).

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in product management and experience in the packaging industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while balancing the needs of various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactivity, self-motivation and an eagerness to learn.
  • Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently but also as part of a multinational team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • English is a key language for everyday work, other languages are a significant plus.
