  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate ambiguity.
  • Confident communicator—skilled in executive presentations, stakeholder alignment, and async documentation.
  • Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Notably, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Descript, etc.) for design, research, and ideation.
  • Ability to create clear executive summaries, feature briefs, and product documentation.
  • High adaptability and comfort switching contexts and roles.
  • Nice to have: experience with motion design, lightweight prototyping (Framer, Webflow), or video editing.
  • Nice to have: background in B2B SaaS, fintech, developer tools, or AI products.
  • Nice to have: experience working directly with clients or executives in consulting-style engagements.
  • Nice to have: ability to contribute to UX writing, product storytelling, or growth experiments.

Benefits

  • Fully remote-friendly work culture.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful client projects and build internal products from scratch.
  • Access to the latest design, product, and AI tooling.
  • Smart, collaborative teammates who value autonomy, velocity, and experimentation.
  • Fast-evolving environment with opportunities for role growth.
