About the role
- Product Manager responsible for the full lifecycle of trading products at Scope Markets. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape innovative client-facing and trading solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle, including roadmap definition, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
- Execute the product strategy and coordinate the launch of new products while identifying opportunities to enhance existing features and functionalities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and develop new product opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure product development meets business needs.
- Prepare technical specifications and collaborate closely with the software development and design teams on product design and feature implementation.
- Improve user experience through iterative testing, market insights, and competitive benchmarking.
- Coordinate the design and prototyping of user experiences for client and partner portals.
- Define and manage the release process, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Proactively manage project risks, identify blockers, and drive resolutions through effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- A solid understanding of financial products such as CFDs, fractional stocks, futures, options, forex, etc.
- Strong knowledge of client profiles in both B2C and B2B segments.
- Business acumen and deep understanding of the trade lifecycle and client behaviours are essential.
- Previous experience with MetaTrader platforms is highly desirable, in addition to experience with client portals and payment methods.
- Strategic mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Solutions-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience with crypto is highly desirable
