Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify and develop new product opportunities aligned with business objectives.
Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure product development meets business needs.
Prepare technical specifications and collaborate closely with the software development and design teams on product design and feature implementation.
Improve user experience through iterative testing, market insights, and competitive benchmarking.
Coordinate the design and prototyping of user experiences for client and partner portals.
Define and manage the release process, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Proactively manage project risks, identify blockers, and drive resolutions through effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
A solid understanding of financial products such as CFDs, fractional stocks, futures, options, forex, etc.
Strong knowledge of client profiles in both B2C and B2B segments.
Business acumen and deep understanding of the trade lifecycle and client behaviours are essential.
Previous experience with MetaTrader platforms is highly desirable, in addition to experience with client portals and payment methods.
Strategic mindset with keen attention to detail.

Experience with crypto is highly desirable
